Tetrasomy 18p

In 2010 it has been stated that Tetrasomy 18p is a relatively rare condition, they used to say there were less than 100 cases reported around the world. Not true! I created  a Facebook page for families as well as Doctors & Paediatricians for those who are affected with T18p, the page has more than 750 people.

Individuals with Tetrasomy 18p have 47 chromosomes instead of 46. The extra chromosome is made up of two additional copies of the short arm of chromosome 18. Therefore, there are a total of four copies of the short arm (the p arm) of chromosome 18.

And, so now is your chance to support the Registry and experience the refreshing scent of the Lime & Lemongrass in a candle made just for Tetrasomy 18P families. With every candle sold $10 is donated to the Chromosome 18 Registry & Research Society.

Please navigate to 'The Range' to purchase a T18p Lime & Lemongrass Candle.

The Tetrasomy 18p WORLD DAY is April 18th and the colour is Green.
